today woke up with super duper messy hair.
:O

just now brush teeth that time hor, got one cockroach climb up infront of me on my cup. then i see liao i scream sia. i throw my toothbrush at it then it missed. o.o  then i run go call my maid. she take the floor mat go slam the cockroach, then it was pathetically jumping around. then my maid took a tissue and picked it up, then throw awaaaay.
hais,. epic fail hor?? cockroach also scared. zzz.

then just now took out my shoulder bag. flipped it inside out to check if there were any cockroaches. o.o stupid sia. phobia?

my horoscope book sometimes spot on sia. really. you guys should go buy wor. o.o

today, lucky colour = BLOOOODY RED.
lucky number = 7.
maybe i get seat number 7. o.o
how get bloody red? :O

touchwood. i just dont wanna see myself blooody red. HAHAHAHA.

aiyah. so sian. havent decided what to wear. wanted that white shirt but is it too.. ???
zzz. ...
abit siao siao liao.

● Why forty waves away?

At first I was thinking of a made-up-word, but in the end I decided on this because I chanced upon this verse in the bible:
" And when He had fasted forty days and forty nights, afterward He was hungry. "
(Matthew 4:2)
Forty.

Some time later during church Pastor was sharing about Moses:
" So he was there with the Lord forty days and forty nights; he neither ate bread nor drank water. And He wrote on the tablets the words of the covenant, the Ten Commandments. " (Exodus 34:28)
Forty again.

At this point I was going through a downhill ride in my walk, and I was seeking the way out. Being really curious about the number forty in the bible, I went to search it out.
"... the number 40 generally symbolizes a period of testing, trial or probation. ..."

And so, I'm always reminded that nothing is further than forty waves away. This blog is hence dedicated to remember all the 'forty days' I'll meet and to remind myself that God will always provide a way out for every trial, whether if it really lasts forty days or even more. (alongside rants and random posts of course!!)
